• Investigate, manage, and resolve cargo/logistics claims end-to-end
• Advocate for the customer and enforce contractual obligations
• Analyze documents to validate claims and determine liability
• Coordinate with carriers, operations, insurers, and counsel
• Manage monetary aspects including reserves and settlements
