Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 4-5 years of experience in claims, transportation/logistics, warehouse operations, insurance, relevant field, and/or military equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Risk Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage cargo, warehouse, cold storage, inventory, and related logistics claims.
• Advocate for the customer and hold internal/external parties accountable per contracts.
• Analyze invoices, delivery docs, policies, and agreements to validate claims and ensure compliance.
• Negotiate, settle, and resolve claims within authority; pursue subrogation when appropriate.
