Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Carrier Performance Manager within the TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team to lead the external carrier network, drive end-to-end delivery quality, and govern performance across service, cost, compliance and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Fulfillment Centers, First Mile, Line Haul, Middle Mile and DSP teams, as well as Tech and Safety, to build a reliable, high-performing transportation network, manage vendor performance, conduct reviews, and implement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations.
5+ years in transportation operations or vendor management.
Strong data analytics with KPI-driven decisions.
Proven ability to manage external partners without direct authority.
Experience in quality control, RCA, and logistics compliance.

Responsibilities

Carrier Management & Delivery Performance: Manage carrier performance across regions and monitor KPIs (SLA, on-time delivery, cost, customer impact).
Quality Control & Exception Management: Own quality metrics, analyze defects, and lead root-cause investigations with carriers and internal teams.
End-to-End Quality Governance: Align quality standards across pickup, transport, and final delivery; reduce upstream errors.
Process, System & Tool Optimization: Collaborate with product/engineering to improve dashboards, integrations, and reporting; promote automation.
Compliance, Safety & Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to TikTok standards and audit/corrective action processes.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Build dashboards, drive initiatives to reduce defects and improve reliability and cost.
