Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers for SOP compliance and delivery performance. The role involves scheduling, RA handling, and invoicing support in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 1+ year related experience required.
• Strong organization and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to understand and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS with Network Carriers to schedule.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related RA items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report on a monthly basis.
• Research orders on the 'Over 50' report and obtain POD or confirm delivery.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
