Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, on-time delivery, accurate billing, and high customer satisfaction.

The role supports the Network Carrier team within a Fortune 500 logistics environment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree preferred with at least one year of related experience; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; schedule with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the “Over 50” report and coordinate PODs or follow-ups to enable invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
