Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data entry, sorting, filtering and basic analysis.
• Related work experience is preferred but not required.
• Proactive, initiative-taking and well-organized with good communication.
• Japanese bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, container orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, documentation, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants to confirm order details and follow up on issues.
• Work with customs brokers to provide required documents and support import/export procedures.
• Track shipments and communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to monitor delivery progress.
• Follow up on delays or issues and coordinate solutions with relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, invoices, and other logistics transactions.
• Assist with inventory tracking and control and data entry in internal systems.
• Support additional administrative and logistics-related tasks as needed.
