Job summary

RJW Logistics is seeking an on-site clerical coordinator in Mesquite, TX. You will enter customer orders, schedule pickups, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and scan/index documents.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries of customer loads.
• Document orders in computer and update customer contact information.
• Maintain communications with customers about changes in pickup and delivery schedules.
• Update reports for operations manager and COO.
• Assist local dispatcher in updates.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
