RJW Logistics in Mesquite, TX is seeking an Administrative Clerk to handle order entry, scheduling, and clerical support within the Transport Operations Department. You will enter customer orders, index documents, and keep customer records accurate in our systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience.
• Must type at least 40 wpm.
• Basic transportation/logistics experience.
• Good English communication, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and scan/index documents.
• Schedule pickups and delivery of customer loads.
• Maintain and update customer contact information in the system.
• Communicate changes in schedules to customers and teams.
• Prepare reports for the operations manager and COO.
• Assist dispatcher with Tee Cards updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Suggest process improvements where applicable.
