Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join our warehouse team in Mesquite, TX. You will conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory integrity using RF devices and a WMS.

Responsibilities include data entry, documentation, and occasional travel to other facilities. A high school diploma and 1–3 months experience in inventory control are required; forklift certification is a plus, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience in Inventory Control.
• 1–3 months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical counts of inventory items to maintain accuracy.
• Counts and reconciles part numbers and locations daily.
• Inputs inventory control data to ensure inventory integrity.
• Completes documentation thoroughly, accurately, and on time.
• Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Clerks are required to travel to and assist at other facilities as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Spends 80%+ of the workday performing inventory activities using RF Gun or Tablet.
