Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Warehouse Office Clerk to support warehouse operations with admin and clerical tasks. You will coordinate transportation with internal and external customers to ship products and ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipping information.

This is an office-based role that may involve working in a warehouse setting, with duties including scheduling outbound shipments, maintaining dock calendars, data entry, reports, and upholding safety and housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation with internal and external customers to ship products.
• Maintain and update dock schedule information.
• Schedule outbound shipments and coordinate shipping/receiving dock activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers and carriers through the shipping process.
• Perform clerical duties including data entry and preparing reports.
