Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to provide internal and external administrative and customer support in the branch. The role focuses on phone and email communications, documentation, and coordinating yard flow.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a diverse environment. Experience with SAP and Catalyst is a plus, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SAP and Catalyst is a plus and helpful for logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support for inbound and field calls; respond to emails.
• Complete documentation and processes accurately and timely.
• Maintain yard flow and schedule appointments and tasks.
• Serve as point of contact for respective department; print labels and tickets.
• Create load sheets/ASNs and ensure attendance and performance expectations.
