Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring an Account Representative in Huntsville, AL. You will back up the sales team, manage shipments, and negotiate pricing while ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries. Training provided; experienced in logistics preferred but not required.

Expect a base salary of $40,000 with uncapped commissions and a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. Veterans encouraged to apply; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Self-motivated with a high-energy approach.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers as the subject matter expert to build and maintain relationships.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time.
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
