Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Durham, NC is hiring entry-level sales professionals for a hands-on, paid training program in sales and logistics. You will build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Earn a $40,000–$50,000 base minimum in your first year with uncapped commissions. The company highlights high earning potential, a structured leadership track, and comprehensive benefits while offering relocation

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives

• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
