Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Account Operations Supervisor to lead a team of Account Operations Coordinators in planning and executing customer freight operations. You will act as shift leader, make decisions, optimize truck capacity, and ensure service levels.

You'll drive continuous improvement, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation or related field.
• Experience leading/coordinating a team in an operational environment.
• Strong planning, routing, and capacity management experience.
• Experience monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Ability to identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive results.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Account Operations Coordinators during daily transportation operations.
• Serve as the shift quarterback, prioritizing workload and ensuring operational execution remains on track.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and real-time support to team members as issues arise.
• Manage operational escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer and transportation challenges.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Track and monitor service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Proactively identify service risks and performance gaps; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
