Job summary

Crane Solutions LLC is hiring an Account Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customer accounts in Houston. You will convert demand into validated bookings, ensure data accuracy across systems, and manage proactive customer communication from intake through delivery.

You will review open loads, apply consolidation logic, and coordinate with capacity planning to optimize scheduling and avoid duplicate coverage.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in freight, 3PL, or transportation operations.
• Experience owning customer relationships operationally and reconciling orders in a platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact and own all communication.
• Verify bookings and assets match customer requirements before handoff.
• Coordinate with capacity planning and outbound teams to adjust appointments.
• Monitor boards for exceptions and escalate issues with context and data.
