Crowley in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an energetic account coordinator to manage transactional customer accounts and support profitable growth. The role requires coordinating customer and carrier activities, negotiating pricing, and ensuring compliance with laws and industry standards in a hybrid work setting.

You will maintain CRM contacts, develop new accounts by phone or email, generate quotes, and oversee order entry while resolving routine service issues and driving performance

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in truck transportation, truck brokerage, supply chain management, import/export transportation, customer service, negotiations or related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and TMS software.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between carrier sales and customers.
• Negotiate and determine appropriate pricing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the team to identify ways to grow business.
• Monitor customer shipments and quality control of carrier performance.
• Maintain contact management system like CRM to determine established contacts.
• Develop and solicit new accounts via telephone or email while generating price quotes, coordinating scheduling, entering orders and negotiating rates with carriers.
• Responsible for problem resolution and customer communications for transactional accounts.
