Job summary

You will coordinate between carrier sales and customers, develop carrier relationships, ensure cost-efficient on-time execution, use data tools for service improvements, and prefer 0–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-3 years of experience in truck transportation, truck brokerage, supply chain management, import/export transport, customer service, negotiations or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Salesforce and Smartsheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full shipment lifecycle and manage customer relationships.
