You will collaborate with carrier sales and customers, negotiate rates, and optimize carrier performance to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with carriers, rate negotiations, and coordination across teams in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–3 years of experience in truck transportation, truck brokerage, supply chain management, import/export transportation, customer service, negotiations, or related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and analytics tools; CRM and PM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth within assigned customer portfolio.
• Serve as liaison between carrier sales and customer.
• Find carriers for designated shipments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
• Fulfill shipments with the lowest cost and best service carriers.
• Negotiate rates with carriers.
• Ensure operational execution and on-time delivery.
• Communicate performance expectations to carriers.
