Job summary

RemX is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Account Representative to manage assigned customer accounts, ensure on-time order fulfillment, and sustain long-term relationships. The role requires logistics experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with distribution centers and planning teams, monitoring inventory and schedules, and maintaining clear records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, account management, or customer service.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with distribution centers, planning teams, and operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and shipment schedules to prevent shortages and delays.
• Adjust ship dates and reassign orders to maintain service levels.
• Build strong customer relationships while ensuring contract compliance.
• Identify opportunities for account growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Participate in customer meetings and supply chain initiatives.
• Manage customer portal: order tracking, inventory inquiries, routing, delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve issues with proactive updates.
• Maintain records, reports, and account documentation.
• Communicate critical supply chain information to customers and stakeholders.
