Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate order fulfillment activities with distribution centers, planning teams, and operational departments to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and shipment schedules to proactively prevent shortages and delays.
• Reassign orders, adjust ship dates, and coordinate warehouse sourcing as needed to maintain service levels.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and company policies.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for account growth and additional business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve operational goals.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer portal activities including order tracking, inventory inquiries, routing instructions, delivery schedules, and discrepancy resolution.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly while providing proactive updates and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, logs, and account documentation.
• Communicate critical supply chain and product availability information to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, account management, or customer service experience.
• Experience managing customer accounts in a logistics or distribution environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
