Roadtex Transportation is seeking an Account Coordinator to manage daily operations for transactional clients, ensuring expectations are exceeded through diligent support and collaboration with internal and external partners.

The role emphasizes timely pickup/delivery entry, issue resolution for AR/AP, and close collaboration with account teams to deliver superior service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a 2-year community college or vocational degree highly preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics.
• Proven multitasking and problem-solving skills for challenging customer issues.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of transactional accounts, executing tasks that drive operational success.
• Prioritize standard daily duties and ad-hoc requests to meet account needs.
• Enter pickup and delivery requests for client shipments.
• Assist in resolving Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to provide world-class customer service.
• Proactively communicate issues to the team.
• Manage relationships within accounts.
• Gain competency and adopt Roadtex/Echo technology to work efficiently.
