Job summary

DCL Logistics is seeking an Account Representative to support the account management team and help manage client relationships. You will assist with setting up new items in our software, statements of work, project plans and product/promotion launches, and work closely with account managers on day-to-day client demands.

Qualifications include at least two years in a customer facing role, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP and 3PL logistics is a plus.

• Experience presenting to teams and senior management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Management Team as liaison to client programs.
• Attend client and account manager meetings weekly to align on expectations and needs.
• Interface with clients via email and phone.
• Enter data and complete system steps to support DCL processes and client objectives.
• Escalate concerns to the account manager when needed.
• Strive to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
