Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Customer Service Representative with logistics experience to serve as the primary point of contact between assigned clients and warehouse operations for a New Jersey-based 3PL provider.

You will own one to two client accounts, manage order flow from receipt through delivery, coordinate shipment routing, and handle all client communication with accuracy and speed, while working EST hours in a 100% remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL, freight forwarding, warehousing, supply chain, or import/export environment.
• Strong understanding of order processing workflows and shipping documentation.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Receive, review, and process incoming orders with accuracy before warehouse execution.
• Coordinate shipment routing and ensure retailer compliance standards.
• Generate and maintain shipping docs and communicate status to clients.
