Job summary

BBI Logistics is hiring an Account Executive to drive growth in the fast-paced brokerage segment across the United States. You will build and manage your own book of business through constant communication with carriers and customers, negotiating freight costs and solving issues in real time using our proprietary TMS software.

You will need confidence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong cold-calling skills to thrive in a high-activity role with uncapped commissions and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfort with outbound cold calling and high activity levels.

Responsibilities

• Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Execute 60+ cold calls per day to build relationships.
• Negotiate freight costs with customers and carriers.
• Manage freight movement using our TMS software and resolve issues in real time.
• Communicate proactively to update customers and carriers.
