BBI Logistics, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive the brokerage side of the business in a fast-paced environment. You will build and manage your own book of business through constant communication with carriers and customers.

You will perform 80+ cold calls daily, stay current on industry trends, and leverage our TMS software to move freight, resolve issues, and keep customers informed. Competitive pay with uncapped commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold-calling.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with customers and carriers.
• Able to manage a book of business and stay organized under pressure.
• Willing to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
