TA Services is seeking a Customer Logistics Specialist in Indianapolis. You will manage key customer accounts, coordinate transportation requirements, and collaborate with carrier partners to optimize capacity and pricing.

This role emphasizes accuracy, timely communication, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced office setting. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, experience in logistics, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant transportation, logistics, or business education is beneficial.
• Experience in 3PL or account management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts by building relationships and maintaining satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily transportation needs, including intake, load planning, scheduling, and shipment visibility.
• Collaborate with Carrier Sales to secure capacity and competitive pricing.
• Monitor on-time pickups/deliveries and customer service metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Handle multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
