The role emphasizes optimizing transportation operations, controlling costs, managing P&L, and collaborating across internal teams and external partners, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related experience in customer service, transportation, or logistics.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and optimization tools.
• Proven experience leading and coaching teams.
• Experience managing customer relationships and handling escalations.
• Experience with account-level financial management and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, expectations, and escalations.
• Lead customer meetings, reporting, and service reviews.
• Oversee daily operations, service performance, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop specialists and planners.
