Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong command of English (B2+).
• Prior experience in logistics or freight operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track on time pickups for loads.
• Monitor email for loads ready for pickup.
• Dispatch drivers to loads and locations.
• Coordinate with Uber / GW team on loads ready for pickup.
• Schedule loads on Uber portal.
• Manage gate system for drivers checking into facility.
• Greet drivers making deliveries.
• Communicate with warehouse for proper door assignments.
• Send inbound paperwork to receiving team for processing.
• Update driver logs with times and maintain records.
• Scan inbound/outbound paperwork and save for history.
• Notate OS&D on PODs.
• Assist with tracking/shipping questions via email.
• Check break room and supply closet weekly; enter PO's.
• Assist with scheduling driver appointments.
• Manage daily truck check-in/out to minimize detention.
• Help manage trailer/yard status for GLC and Pegasus.
• Coordinate with quality team to reduce returns due to issues.
• Assist with Surgere portals setup.
• Dock audits of lane assignments via Surgere portal.
