Corpay is seeking a Project Specialist in Lexington, KY to research hotel options, negotiate rates, and book 11–44 night stays for clients. You will maintain strong relationships with hotel contacts and clients, ensuring lodging aligns with guidelines and metrics.

The role requires coordinating with hotels and clients via phone and email, handling on-call rotations, and delivering high-quality reservation services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation.
• Willingness to be on-call outside regular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservation requests for 11+ nights to meet client needs.
• Source hotel options matching client guidelines and policies.
• Communicate with clients and hotels by phone and email per policy.
• Provide high-quality reservations and lodging options to clients.
• Negotiate rates, discounts, and RFPs with hotel partners.
• Utilize knowledge of the hotel industry and regional markets.
• Ensure reservations align with per diem, amenities, and preferences.
• Address client and hotel issues and resolve extensions/modifications.
• Meet all client deadlines and service-level targets.
• Consult with clients to recommend lodging options based on needs.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and events as assigned.
