Job summary

Corpay in Wichita, KS is seeking a Client Services Account Manager to own a portfolio of lodging customers, maximize opportunities, and deliver premium customer care. You will report to the Client Services Team Manager and collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact, overseeing daily activities, growing relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership, and identifying opportunities to drive savings, efficiency, and data visibility.

Qualifications

• Office or hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Superior interpersonal skills to interact with contacts at all levels.
• Proactive mindset with strategic thinking and opportunity identification.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience with MS Office, including strong Excel.
• Ability to multi-task, stay detail-oriented and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Oversee daily activities for assigned customers.
• Build long-term relationships with primary contacts and senior leaders.
• Identify growth opportunities and communicate them to a manager.
• Identify objectives and challenges related to savings, rates, and data visibility.
• Develop and propose solutions to meet customer objectives.
• Resolve issues that could lead to attrition or hinder growth.
• Assist with customer account reviews and provide excellent service.
• Provide feedback to management on customer issues.
• Complete assigned monthly goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
