Corpay is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Execution for Lodging to partner with senior leaders and accelerate transformation across Lodging Payments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree often preferred).
• 3–8+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or transformation roles, with a preference for experience in strategy consulting.
• Strong educational and professional background from institutions known for developing world‑class talent.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization and in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, high‑pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Experience with data tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools) is a plus.
• Brings a consultative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assessing business problems, identifying root causes, and defining actionable solutions.
• Leading and supporting high‑impact transformation initiatives (cost optimization, process redesign, digital transformation, etc.).
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and align on outcomes.
• Analyzing data to generate insights and inform decision‑making.
• Designing and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results across the Lodging Payments business.
• Acting as a change agent—drive adoption of new processes, tools, or operating models.
• Building business cases, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership.
• Deploying quickly into different units or functions within the Lodging Payments business as needed.
