Corpay in Lexington, KY is seeking a Weekend Team Lead to guide a Reservation team, report to the Operations Manager, and coordinate daily activity across departments to ensure superior service.

This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability for meeting metrics, with a schedule of Saturday-Wednesday from 2 pm to 11 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of related supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to teach others, work in a team environment, and deliver superior service.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, report, interpret, and act on key metrics.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work activity of the reservation team to ensure superior customer service.
• Conduct regular meetings, coaching, and feedback with direct reports; monitor performance and metrics.
• Manage client communications related to reservations, extensions, changes, and inquiries.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of calls, requests, and bookings.
• Produce and analyze statistics to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to train staff.
