OnCall Solutions is seeking a Physician and APP Consultant to source, recruit, and place healthcare professionals across various specialties. You'll collaborate with credentialing and account management to evaluate clinicians for locum tenens and float pool roles, ensuring a positive clinician experience and timely placements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in recruitment or related field.
• 1–2 years in recruitment or staffing.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Mansioni

• Proactively source and recruit physicians and advanced practitioners for client accounts.
• Build and maintain a national pipeline of clinicians to meet staffing demands.
• Match clinicians to locum tenens and float pool opportunities in line with skills and client needs.
• Use various sourcing methods (internal databases, networks, cold calls, emails, conferences) to recruit clinicians.
• Qualify candidates by understanding experience, specialties, and preferences for client opportunities.
• Guide clinicians through the application and documentation processes to ensure timely compliance.
• Collaborate with credentialing and account management teams to coordinate interviews and placements.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure accurate updates on candidate statuses and onboarding.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as screens, submissions, presentations, placements, and booked shifts.
