Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a Physician Recruiter to source, recruit, and place physicians and APPs in permanent healthcare opportunities nationwide. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement, building relationships with providers and hiring leaders.

The ideal candidate is driven with sales instincts, excels at building pipelines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years of recruiting, staffing, healthcare recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferred.
Preferred experience in physician, APP, healthcare, or professional recruiting.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent physician and APP opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and outbound recruiting.
Conduct candidate screenings to assess experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and location preferences.
Present qualified candidates to clients and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Develop long-term relationships with physicians, residents, fellows, and APPs to generate future placements and referrals.
