AMN Healthcare is seeking a Locums Physician Recruiter to source, close, and place physicians into temporary locum tenens assignments nationwide in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.

You will own full-cycle recruitment from outbound sourcing through placement, meeting clear KPIs and collaborating with credentialing, licensing, and travel teams to ensure fast, efficient placements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting or sales experience.
• Proven quota-based or performance-driven track record.
• Comfort with outbound calling and consultative selling.
• Working knowledge of locum tenens workflows and credentialing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, qualify, and close locum tenens physicians across specialties.
• Own full-cycle locums recruiting from sourcing to placement.
• Meet or exceed KPIs: calls, submittals, interviews, placements.
• Source physicians using Boolean search, ATS/CRM tools, referrals.
• Sell locums opportunities by aligning details with pay and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with account managers, credentialing, licensing, travel teams.
