Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a Locum Recruiter to identify and engage Physicians and APPs, building a steady pipeline for locum placements. The role focuses on outreach via phone, email, text, and social channels, and coordinating with internal teams based on provider skills and client needs.

This full-time remote position offers base salary plus commission. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional after-hours work, and benefits include a 401(k) match and ongoing

Qualificações

• 1–2 years experience in staffing Locum Physicians and/or APPs.
• Office experience, customer service, and computer skills.
• Ability to carry a conversation and influence others.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and develop professional relationships with potential locums Physicians and APPs.
• Match provider skills, licenses, preferences, board status and credentials to client jobs.
• Pre-screen, vet and qualify providers for assignments.
• Create opportunities via cold calls, mass emails, texts and social media.
• Meet or exceed recruiting KPI metrics and assist with credentialing documentation.
