AMN Healthcare is seeking a Physician Recruiter to source, recruit, and place physicians and APPs in permanent roles nationwide. You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to placement, coordinating interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have consultative sales skills, strong relationship-building能力, and experience with CRM/ATS tools, delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, healthcare recruiting, sales, or business development experience.
• Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals and hiring leaders.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates and managing talent pipelines.
• Experience working toward recruiting, placement, or revenue goals.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Mansioni

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent physician and APP opportunities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and outbound recruiting.
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and location preferences.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Develop long-term relationships with physicians, residents, fellows, and APPs to generate future placements and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and healthcare organizations.
• Negotiate compensation packages, employment agreements, and start dates.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data within CRM and ATS systems.
