Job summary

AMN Healthcare is a leading healthcare staffing and total talent solutions company seeking a Physician Recruiter to source, recruit and place physicians and APPs nationwide. You will own the full lifecycle from sourcing to placement, building relationships with providers and clients to drive successful hires.

You will manage candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain CRM/ATS data to hit placement and activity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in recruiting, staffing, healthcare recruiting, sales, or business development preferred.
• Experience with physician/APP recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician and APP opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through sourcing and networking.
• Screen candidates for experience, goals, compensation, and locations.
• Present candidates to clients and guide through hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate between candidates and organizations.
