Job summary

Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking an Operations Recruiter to identify, engage, and build relationships with physicians and APPs to sustain our client locum and direct staffing needs across the United States.

This full-time remote role offers a base salary plus commission, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional after-hours; you will leverage calls, emails, texts, and digital marketing to connect providers with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of staffing Locum Physicians or APPs.
• Salesforce or ATS/CRM platform experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop relationships with locum physicians and APPs
• Place providers by matching skills, licenses, preferences and credentials
• Create opportunities via cold calls, emails, texts, and social media
• Assist credentialing to ensure timely completion and retention
• Meet or exceed recruiting KPI targets
• Pre-screen, vet, and qualify providers
• Match provider qualifications to client jobs
