The role emphasizes service quality and leveraging technology to support accounts receivable processes. The position requires strong leadership, multitasking, and a proactive approach to process improvement, with a shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' management/leadership experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand end-to-end process flow and downstream impacts.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of full- and part-time front line employees.
• Establish daily production goals based on targets, budget, and resources.
• Oversee shift operations, personnel management, and production quality.
• Escalate personnel, facility, technology, or process concerns timely.
• Ensure compliance with customer and bank guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to staff and leadership.
• Track team performance and implement action plans to improve results.
