JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking a Transactions Specialist I Mail Extractor in Receivables Operations—Lockbox Operations to extract mail, scan documents, and create transactions in a high-volume, production environment.

You will follow controlled procedures to ensure accuracy and timely processing, with a 2:00 pm–10:30 pm schedule and a 10% shift differential. Government clearance may be required; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Extract and prepare work by opening envelopes, removing contents, and organizing items for processing.
• Scan documents on OPEX equipment in the required order and orientation.
• Classify documents accurately and correct misclassifications using system tools.
• Validate check items for negotiability and identification per guidance.
• Handle multi-check and no-check transactions by matching items and scanning in sequence.
• Ensure image quality and re-run items as needed; maintain equipment.
• Record tray/run details including dates, tray numbers, mail type, and tracking numbers.
• Close and band bundles; maintain scanned order during item removal.
• Escalate exceptions to the appropriate associate or supervisor.
• Collaborate across production areas to support team goals.
