AppleOne Employment Services is hiring a Lockbox / Receivable Operations Associate in Lewisville, TX. The role supports Receivable Operations in a secure, production environment, handling data entry, document processing, and high-volume scanning with accuracy.

Shift options include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend schedules with pay from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. This long-term contract offers stability, opportunity to gain banking operations experience, and a professional team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of U.S. residence history.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or eligible work authorization.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and credit screening.
• Comfortable in a highly secure production environment.
• Adherence to security policies including no cell phones on the floor.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work within a secured lockbox/vault environment supporting Receivable Operations.
• Prepare documents for digitization by extracting payments and paperwork from incoming mail.
• Input and validate data accurately into company systems.
• Operate high-volume document scanning equipment.
• Review and validate the quality and accuracy of scanned images.
• Reconcile electronic reports against paper documentation.
• Make routine decisions independently and escalate non-routine situations to management.
• Learn and perform additional processing functions as needed.
• Maintain productivity, quality, accuracy, and confidentiality standards.
• Follow all customer and bank operational, audit, security, and regulatory guidelines.
