Western Alliance Bancorporation, located in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Senior Lockbox Processor (Part-time) to support receivables operations, process remittances, and ensure accurate posting of payments with a strong focus on customer service.

The role requires 1+ year of related banking operations experience, a high school diploma, and working knowledge of banking processes. Part-time hours with potential bonus eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Back office receivables operation experience.
• Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Receivables Supervisor on executing a comprehensive, prompt and efficient client experience.
• Supports the daily workflow and ensures a smooth and efficient operation.
• Execute a variety of routine tasks which may include sorting mail, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments to ensure accuracy, and scanning of deposits using high speed optical scanners.
• Ensure strict processing deadlines are met prior to designated cutoff times. Assist in the training and development of new employees, performs advanced research and may handle high value clients.
