Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Lockbox Processor (FTE 30 hours) to support the Bank's Receivable Operation from the Ops Center. You will capture remittance information, transfer data to output files, and work with a team to accelerate payments and posting of payment data, while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include data entry, basic quality control, and balancing/reconciliation of deposits, with strict deadlines before cutoffs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Receivables Supervisor on delivering a prompt client experience.
• Support daily workflow and ensure smooth operation.
• Perform routine tasks including sorting mail, data entry, extracting payments and deposits, reviewing payments for accuracy, and scanning deposits.
