You will work with a team to post payments, balance deposits, and maintain high accuracy while meeting deadlines. Requires a high school diploma and basic communication skills; 1st and last week of the month demand 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to type 10-key by touch with high accuracy.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and spoken communication at an entry level.

Responsibilities

• Support Receivable Supervisor to deliver prompt client experience.
• Assist daily workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine tasks: sorting mail, data entry, extracting payments, and scanning deposits.
• Meet processing deadlines before cutoff times.
