Job summary

Western Alliance Bank in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Lockbox Processor (FTE 30 hours) to support the Receivables Operation, handling remittance data entry, deposits posting, and delivering a professional, timely banking experience.

You will work with a team to meet processing deadlines, perform routine tasks such as sorting mail, data entry, and scanning deposits, and ensure accurate posting of payments with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• SupportReceivables Supervisor on executing a comprehensive, prompt and efficient client experience.
• Support the daily workflow and ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Execute routine tasks such as sorting mail, data entry, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments for accuracy, and scanning deposits.
• Ensure strict processing deadlines are met prior to designated cutoff times.
