Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a part-time Lockbox Processor at the Ops Center. The role focuses on receivables processing, capturing remittance data, and producing output files and reports to support timely deposits and posting.

You will join a team handling data entry, QA, and reconciliation tasks, ensuring accurate processing and prompt customer service. Work hours include the first and last weeks of each month, totaling 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, basic quality control and balancing/reconciliation of deposits.
• Support Receivables Supervisor on delivering a prompt and efficient client experience.
• Sort mail, data entry, extract payments and check payments for accuracy; scan deposits with high speed scanners.
• Meet processing deadlines prior to designated cutoff times.
