Responsibilities include sorting mail, using high-speed scanners, reviewing payments for accuracy, and supporting month-end processing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in branch banking operations or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• General banking operations knowledge.
• Regulatory and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support Receivables Supervisor in client experience.
• Assist daily workflow and ensure smooth operation.
• Sort mail, extract payments, review payments for accuracy, scan deposits.
• Ensure deadlines are met and assist training of new employees.
