Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Senior Lockbox Processor to support the Receivables Operation, handling remittance data and posting payments with a strong focus on customer service. You will work with a team to ensure timely deposits and accurate reporting, including data entry, quality control, and balancing procedures.

The role involves meeting processing deadlines, assisting in training, and handling a variety of routine tasks such as sorting mail, extracting payments, and scanning

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of general banking operations, deposits, loans, treasury management and related services.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal obligations and industry standards.
• Back office receivables operation experience.
• Ability to 10-key by touch with high accuracy in alphanumeric data entry.
• Basic spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Receivables Supervisor in delivering a prompt and efficient client experience.
• Assist daily workflow to ensure smooth operations.
• Sort mail, extract payments, review payments for accuracy, and scan deposits.
• Meet processing deadlines and assist in training new employees.
