You will capture remittance data, transfer information to output files, and collaborate with a team to expedite payment posting while delivering courteous, accurate service.

The role emphasizes data entry, quality control, and balancing deposits, with a strong focus on meeting processing deadlines and providing a professional banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Receivables Supervisor on executing a comprehensive, prompt and efficient client experience.
• Support the daily workflow and ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Execute routine tasks including sorting mail, data entry, extracting payments and deposits, reviewing payments for accuracy, and scanning deposits with high speed scanners.
